Tropics Bear Them

I was not able to gather many tropical fruits because they don't come out in the same season. I didn't exert more effort in looking for some available ones because anyway people see them often in the markets. I just have a handful of those which we came across by chance.

Different sorts of banana.

The Life of a coconut. From the tree, till it grows old when seedling comes out and when it becomes "copra". Copra is a buy product of coconut. You can extract oil from it and make soap out of it.

Papaya. It is vegetable when it's  unripe and a fruit when it's ripe.

The famous cacao. You gotta open it in half, suck on the thin sweet coating of the seeds, dry them and grind them. It's pure cacao chocolate.

Chico. It's sweet, a little sandy like feel when you eat it. The taste is close to kiwi. It's from my grandPa's garden.

Lime from my Mom's garden. They don't use it because there's a lot of kalamansi (lime-alike) around. It was left in the garden.

We call it star apple. Taste is close to that of mangosteen. You eat it with spoon so the sticky substance which is similar to paste which comes out as a juice of the peeling does not stick on your face.
